Friday, June 5

1:00 > 5:00 pm: The Exhibition prep area will be open for participants to prepare their exhibits.

6:00 pm: Assemble in the Mansfield Holiday Inn lobby for an informal dinner (not included in reservation fee).

Saturday, June 6

7:00 am: The prep area reopens for final preparation and placement of Exhibition entries.

10:00 am: Exhibition entries close and judging begins.

1:00 pm > 4:00 pm: Exhibition open to the public.

1:30 pm: Seminar I - Floral Arranging; Steve Speakman.

2:30 pm: Seminar II - Peony Care and Selection; Carol Adelman.

3:30 pm: Seminar III - APS Nomenclature; Reiner Jakubowski.

* 5:30 pm: Social Hour.

* 6:30 pm: Buffet Dinner.

* 7:30 pm: Membership Meeting.

* 8:00 pm: APS Auction.

Sunday, June 7

8:00 am: Board of Directors Meeting (Gatehouse).

10:00 am > 4:00 pm: Exhibition open to the public.

CONVENTION RESERVATION FEE: $25.00 USD. Please make your reservations by May 18, 2009. Pay via check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.
